For the development of the people – His Eminence Luis Antonio G. Cardinal Tagle joined the whole Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) community in celebrating 40 years of continued blessings and progress last June 07 at the DAP Leonides S. Virata Hall. Cardinal Tagle, in his homily, challenged the Academy to continue and strengthen its programs with the aim of creating impact on the lives of the Filipino people in different sectors.
