This manual is for trainors on energy management.  It presents relevant

teaching and learning principles, theories and processes necessary in

the conduct of in-plant courses on energy management, and includes models of

basic topics in a general course in energy management.  The primary objective

of this manual is to provide the trainor with a ready kit from which he could

devise and implement his company’s training course.
