The DAP is a self-sustaining organization and does not receive regular budget from government. It generates 50% of its revenues from various projects and services it offers to its clients and 40% from the use of its building and conference facilities both in Pasig and Tagaytay; and 10% from interest income, occasional grants and donations. DAP receives occasional subsidy from the General Appropriations Act (GAA) only for specific purposes.
