The Development Academy of the Philippines’ Center for Governance in cooperation with the Asian Productivity Organization (APO), an intergovernmental body in the Asia Pacific Region will be implementing the E-Learning Course on Customer Satisfaction Management for the Health Sector on 3 to 6 December 2018 at the DAP O.D. Corpuz Hall, DAP Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

The course aims to help the participants understand customer satisfaction (CS) trends in the age of Industry 4.0; define CS management in the health sector; show the relevance of CS within the context of the health sector and the necessity for providing consistent excellence; and present a model for CS standard development for health sector that can be adapted and implemented by participants.

This e-learning course is an enriching learning opportunity to interact and exchange ideas with other participants from Bangladesh, India, IR Iran, Nepal and Pakistan, virtually through the videoconferencing platform of the Asian Productivity Organization. International resource speakers coming from different background and varied experience and professional expertise will deliver presentations from their home countries. These presentations will be interactive, involving exercises and case presentations, field visit, group discussion and country presentation while allowing participants to ask questions. Each country group will be moderated by a local coordinator. On the last day, a written examination will be conducted to test the participants’ learning from the course. Performance in the examination will be one of the criteria for selection of the participants for subsequent follow-up training course.

Recognizing the importance of this unique online training opportunity, the DAP invites the public to participate in this course. Course Fee is PhP 6,000.00 per participant inclusive of VAT, to cover the meals, training materials, course certificate, and transportation for the site visit.
