The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) – Productivity and Development Center (PDC) invites the participation of QMS leaders/champions, document controllers, auditors, and practitioners to attend free introductory courses on levelling-up QMS implementation.

The series of online introductory courses are designed to increase awareness on various quality and productivity improvement approaches, tools, and standards that can be adopted to level-up an agency’s established QMS; achieve better service delivery and customer satisfaction. It is vital to define and deploy a QMS that will not only meet minimum ISO 9001:2015 requirements, but also provide a foundation for achieving overall performance excellence.

The first of the series is the Introductory Course on Improvement Approaches using the ISO 9004:2018 Guidance to Achieve Sustained Success, which will be implemented on 14 July 2021.

It will be followed by the Introductory Course on QMS Internal Audit Improvement Approaches using Remote Auditing on 16 July 2021. Designed for QMS auditors, it will discuss remote auditing as we continue QMS audit with remote working conditions in the “new normal.”

QMS Document Controllers, Human Resources Management (HRM), and Knowledge Management (KM) Practitioners will have a great learning session on the Introductory Course on Organizational Knowledge Improvement Approaches using ISO 30401:2018 Knowledge Management System on 29 July 2021. This course focuses on ISO 30401:2018 Knowledge Management System key concepts, principles and requirements; and basic improvement approaches and tools on knowledge management. Given that organizations can no longer rely on the spontaneous diffusion of knowledge to keep up with the pace of change, knowledge must be deliberately created, consolidated, applied, and reused faster than the rate of change.

If an organization desires to remain operational in a changing business environment, especially brought about by a pandemic such as COVID-19 and the radical shift to digital delivery of services, it is not sufficient to continue to use the same methods as in the past. This will be the focus of the Introductory Course on Innovation Approaches using ISO 56002:2019 Innovation Management System on 30 July 2021 and 18 August 2021.

Don’t miss out on these free 1-day introductory courses!
