What is Graduate School of Public and Development
The GSPDM is the Development Academy of the Philippines academic arm. As such, the GSPDM is the official graduate degree granting unit in accordance to the DAP‘s mandate stipulated in Presidential Decree 205 amended by PD 1061, and further by EO 288.
Are the programs recognized by the Commission on Higher Education?
Yes, CHEd recognizes the authority of DAP to offer masters programs by virtue of its charter, Presidential Decree No.205 and in accordance with Section 27, Batas Pambansa Bilang 232 strengthened further by Executive Order 910, series of 2010. B
Who are eligible to enroll to the programs?
The Master in Public Management (MPM) programs are designed for future supervisors and managers in the public sector while the Master in Productivity and Quality Management (MPQM) aim to promote productivity and quality both for the private and public sector.
