SENIOR EXECUTIVES CLASS (SEC)

This is designed for senior officials who posses outstanding intellectual and creative abilities, deep commitment to public service, and demonstrated potential for shaping policy and management at higher levels of government.

Admission Requirements

The nominee shall submit the following documents:

  1. PMDP Form 1-A – Nomination from the Head of the Agency (To be accomplished by the Head of Agency)
  2. PMDP Form 1-C – Assessment by the Immediate Supervisor (To be accomplished by the Immediate Supervisor)
  3. PMDP Form 1-E – Agency Screening Certification (To be accomplished by the Office Personnel / Administrative Officer)
  4. Medical Certificate with Laboratory Results attached (To be accomplished by the Nominee and Physician from a Government Hospital, other than the agency’s clinic/hospital)
  5. Updated Personal Data Sheet – CSC Form 212 (To be accomplished by the nominee)
  6. Certified True Copy of CSC Form 33 (Appointment Papers)
  7. Certified True Copy of Designation Order (if applicable)
  8. Original / Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records
  9. Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate
  10. Copy of the Red Passport
  11. Copy of the Organizational Chart

MIDDLE MANAGERS CLASS (MMC)

This is designed for section to division chiefs who are intelligent, driven, dynamic, open to learning and show promise of assuming bigger responsibilities in the bureaucracy. They belong to the breed of forward-looking junior managers and leaders who exhibit strength in interpersonal skills and a natural love for serving people.

  1. PMDP Form 1-B – Nomination of the Head of the Agency (To be accomplished by the Head of Agency)
  2. PMDP Form 1-D – Assessment by the Immediate Supervisor (To be accomplished by the Immediate Supervisor)
  3. PMDP Form 1-F – Agency Screening Certification (To be accomplished by the Office Personnel / Administrative Officer)
