The Public Management Development Program (PMDP) welcomed 24 Middle Managers Class (MMC) scholars from 17 agencies across 12 regions last June 3, 2019 at the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) Conference Center, Tagaytay City.

In addressing the scholars, Richard Brian M. Cepe of MMC 8 – Siklab and now Vice President of the Land and Assets Development Department of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), shared how his Capstone Project, the “BCDA Online Leasehold Registration and Registration System,” is now used by BCDA’s top-level management in decision-making.

DAP President and CEO Atty. Engelbert C. Caronan Jr. in his remarks also encouraged the scholars to develop innovative Capstone Projects as their contribution to nation-building.

The Middle Managers Class, one of the tracks offered by PMDP, is a comprehensive training program that envisions a progressive brand of Filipino public leaders.
