This training is a general introduction of Risk Management concepts for public managers. It is designed to provide guidance in the establishment of a Risk Management (RM) system within their organization and also experience how to use the relevant RM tools. As this will be both instructional and experiential for the participants, they will be able to elicit ideas on the usefulness of RM and reflect on how this can be replicated or conducted in their respective offices.
